Since they were going to remodel the Basement anyway they decided to tackle the bath at the same time. Here is the Bath as it was when the house was for sale.

I am a decorating mistake. I always have clutter. I admire people who can put only a few things on a shelf. I always have them crammed full. But I hate white walls. Who came up with that idea? And sickly greens. I love color and if I actually owned a house it would be painted with cheerful colors. My RV has lots of blue in it and it is very peaceful.

The best location for this type of mirror is above the bathroom vanity. It consists of …

Recycling Kitchen Cabinets Into Garage Storage Units

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the term DIY, it is actually an acronym for Do It Yourself…and this tiny acronym has taken the country by storm!

Great hub. I so agree…use what we have. Your suggestions are spot on. About 20 years ago I was able to buy a 14 room historic home for a song. It needed so much remodeling that we started from the day we moved and until the day we moved out and made some progress. (Our reason for leaving was written about in a hub.) But we used and reused what we had. A dresser in the bathroom just gives a home a special look.

When renovating a bathroom, you should keep in mind the needs of your family as well as those of future buyers. For instance, while you may not feel the need to include a tub, some homeowners do see this as a necessity. So, it’s still wise to install at least one in the house.

Another favorite place of mine is the beach. I love the ocean and have a small jar of various shells I have collected over the years. IKEA Kitchen Cabinets FAQ (2)

It’s a bad scene all around, and since moving to the house the only thing we do in there is give dog baths. Now that the downstairs office & bedroom are almost complete, we’re turning our attention to the bathroom, and demo began this week. We removed the medicine cabinet from the wall, took down the drop ceiling, and started removing the plastic shower walls.

Another possibility is to …

If you’re building a home, you can design your bathroom any way you want it. If you’re remodeling or improving an existing bathroom, however, you might be working with a small amount of space. What’s the answer? Corner bathtubs, like the ones at plumbing point dot com!

If you ordered at a store and your cabinets were delivered, you still need to contact the store where you ordered the cabinets. Call them and describe exactly what’s missing (you should be able to get exact part numbers off the instructions). The first step in any good renovation is to remove everything down to the bare bones of the space you are rebuilding – that is, strip your space down to …

In fact those who like quartz will like this resin mix. You get the look and it is maintenance free. The one I like the most are the one’s with blue and ice like tones. Other quartz that I have seen have many earth tones, like browns. Some of us need other tones like cool blues, greens and grays.
